Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do! Please contact us at info@scaryclean.com with details on your request and we will be happy to discuss whether we can help with your vision!
How are your soaps made?

All of our soaps are handmade using the cold process method for soap making. This process includes mixing a blend of oils and butters with a specific quantity of sodium hydroxide (lye) and allowing the soap to saponify (react to convert the lye and oils to the resulting soap). After saponification, there is no raw lye remaining (in fact, we formulate so that there is always extra oils in the bar beyond what is needed for the reaction). The soap is cut and allowed to cure for 4-6 weeks before ready to use! If you want to see more information and videos on the soap making process, follow us on Instagram @scarycleansoap
Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and USA (some remote areas excluded).
Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returned items. We are committed to providing you with products you are 100% satisfied with. Therefore if you have any concerns with the items you have ordered, please contact us at info@scaryclean.com and we will make it right!
